Cancellation Policy

Our clinic's sickness policy is designed with the health and well-being of both our staff and other patients in mind. If you begin to experience any signs of illness, such as fever, flu symptoms, a rash, or any other indications of an infectious disease, or have experienced any within the previous two weeks, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We request that you reschedule your appointment ASAP to a later date to help prevent the potential spread of illness within the clinic. This policy ensures a safe and healthy environment for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the well-being of all individuals in our care. If you present to the clinic with any signs of infectious illness, then your appointment will be cancelled, and the session will not continue.
